Pneumomediastinum is disease entity in which free air or other are found within the mediastinum. It is relatively uncommon, and usually benign, self-limited disease. It is frequently complicated in bronchial asthma of the children. However it is
rare
in adult patients with bronchial asthma. We present a case of pneumomediastinum and subcutaneous case of pneumomediastinum and subcutaneous emphysema, complicated in adult patient with bronchial asthma.
